About Me: My experience includes working in a pediatric outpatient specialty rehabilitation center in a hospital setting, specializing in the medically fragile population, working in individual sessions, and working in group therapy sessions. I have experience working with the pediatric population with the following diagnoses: Autism, Senior Loken Syndrome, Occipitocervical Meningocephalocele, Congenital Brain Malformation, Posterior Tongue Tie, Right Hemiparesis, TBI, Retts Syndrome, Chiari Malformation Type 1, Congenital CMV, Sensorineural Hearing Loss, Soto Syndrome, Chromosomal Abnormalities, Developmental Delay, Apraxia, Cerebral Palsy, and Downs Syndrome. I always provide parental support and enjoy collaborating with other professionals in order to ensure carryover and generalization of skills across all environments. I have experience working with augmentative and alternative communication devices (from no/low tech devices to high tech devices). My passion is to provide family-centered care grounded in evidence-based research for the pediatric population.
